While hosted by General Cigars, we can and do talk about any and all cigars. We have the occasional cigar pass, but we primarily allow individuals who have been posting on the board for awhile first (since, obviously, we're entrusting each person in the pass with quite a few cigars!!!!). Your noted rule about cuban-for-cuban, though, is a difficult one. Since the majority of Americans can't get cuban cigars - I being one of them - this rule makes it impossible to gain any! Oh well!
