Top 3 Best Beard Trimmers of 2015

Beards are definitely back in a big way this year. Influential and popular men, ranging from athletes to popular men on social media like Dan Bilzerian, wear their beards with pride. But taking care of your beard is not as easy as it seems to be. However, with some proper equipment, it can be a much lesser hassle. You don’t really want to spend hours in the bathroom trimming your beard with scissors or bad trimmers that bring only pain and anger into your life. I know I don’t. So, that is why I have decided to try out some of the best trimmers vying to be the Best Beard Trimmer of 2015. Here they are! Drum roll, please…

In third place! TRYM II

This is a thing of beauty! It is a trimmer you want to show off, it’s a trimmer you want a girl to see. It is not all beauty, though. It can indeed trim those hairs. It is an all-in-one solution that can be used to trim hair, mustache, body hair and beard. There are actually many positives about this particular model, and of course some cons. But being the positive person that I am, let me begin with the positives. First, as already mentioned, the design is modern, clean and sleek. The affordable price tag for an all-in-one solution is a great bonus. The trimmer uses unique, sharp, compound metal blades. The blades provide an excellent cut, won’t tug hair and make you produce painful facial expressions. They are also very durable and will last for a long time. Now, the negatives. You can’t really wash it well, except for the blades. It lacks extra length setting and the battery recharge time is 8 long hours.

Coming in second: Panasonic ER-GB40-S

Behind the highly technical name lies a great beard trimmer. I don’t know about you, but that should be their official tagline for this product. I mean, just imagine going into a store and asking the salesman, or woman, for a PANASONIC ER-GB40-S CORDLESS MOUSTACHE & BEARD TRIMMER WET/DRY. It just seems it is something you might have to write down to remember. Lack of name retention aside, this thing is great. If you are looking for a clean and smoothe shave as oppose to a trim, do yourself a favor and try it. Your skin gets softer, the hairs get softer as well, and overall it is a much smoother shaving experience. With this one the pros easily outweigh the only one con I have found. It is completely waterproof, solid and durable. It offers excellent hypoallergenic blades to reduce irritation. And, as an added bonus, it looks nice. The only downside is the amazing battery charge time of 15 hours, so you better plan your next shave ahead of time.

The winner… PHILIPS NORELCO QT4070/41 BEARD TRIMMER 7300

And the number one place for the best beard trimmer of 2015, drum roll please, goes to the Philips Norelco. This thing has a vacuum system build in, enough said. I mean, how awesome is that, no more hairs all over the place, you trim, you go out, no need for any extra cleaning of the bathroom sink. And you know what they say, time is money, and spending less time cleaning up the mess after shaving is time well-spent doing other activities that actually matter. The quality and performance is exceptional. It features a power boost button, for extra motor and fan speeds, and a long lasting battery with quick charging. The blades are good, precise and comfortable. The only bad thing that I could find is that it cannot be washed under water, probably due to that vacuum system, but it is worth it.

There you have it, the best of the best. The bronze, the silver and gold medalist in the trimmer Olympics of 2015. Are you growing a beard as well? Let us know your thoughts!
